We are an independent company based in the heart of Bristol specialising in Sales, Letting and property management. We pride ourselves in building strong relationships with our clients and take time to recognise their objectives in order to provide them with the support that they need and deserve in order to meet their goals. We also take time to establish a relationship with our tenants in order to enable us to recognise any potential risk factors that may be caused and take all the preventative measures to avoid them.
Our Real estate company is a recent establishment in addition to the sister company Airsat Construction which has been in full operation for over 15 years with extensive experience in all aspects of construction and property management. We genuinely believe that we can provide the best service in a timely manner when it comes to management as our dedicated maintenance team are always at hand and pay regular visits to our managed portfolio ensuring properties are kept and maintained to a very high standard to optimise rental levels. To make it all more accessible to our clients we have a 24/7 log in area for tenants which could be used to raise any queries which will be picked up by our dedicated team at the office and appropriate course of action will be taken to reach the desired resolution in a timely manner. Having the maintenance team in the house will enable our specialist team to further support our clients with providing professional advise on refurbishment, obtaining quotes for complete renovation and full project management from the start to the end with the highest of standards. Existence of Airsat Construction enables us to be able to offer very reasonable and most competitive maintenance fees and management rates.
There are two directors at the heart of Airsat Real Estate who focus on all areas and work together to provide the smoothest experience for the clients.
An administration arm compliments the team and have direct interaction with applicants and are able to address any queries by having got a great degree of knowledge on property management and letting (ARLA) also a member of Safe agent
